We have 25 years experience in providing solutions to the movement and installation of mechanical equipment, embracing most manufacturers of Air Handling Unit, Boilers, Attenuators, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Chilled Beams, Vessels and large pipework.

Again, 25 years experience in providing solutions to the movement and installation of electrical equipment for both contractors and manufacturers of HV panels, Transformers, LV panels, Temporary Power, Switchgear, Generators, Loadbanks, Cable Pulling, UPS systems

Moving production equipment out of one factory location, loading onto transport, delivering to a new premise and offloading and placing into their final location.

During their peak in the eighties, we pioneered many modular installations into fast-track building projects, including many phases of the Broadgate development, frequently working during the night to move these large constructions around the streets of London.

Having been involved in the installation of many different manufacturers of Air Handling Units over the years, we have gained invaluable experience in handling and assembling them and in particular understanding how they are put together. Recent projects have included the offloading, distribution to plantrooms and working alongside the manufacturer to assemble the units from flat pack.

Our skills have been utilised in handling many unusual items over the years, some of which have not always been associated with our normal M&E industry.
Installing the underwater car of an internationally famous secret agent into the basement of an entertainment complex, in the west end of London, utilising a cantilever gantry, which we had to install as soon as the complex closed and removed it before opening time.
Working with a leading glass sculptor, we have installed a glass statue weighing 2000 kgs onto the external face of a leading fashion house, also we have collected from his studio, delivered and assisted in the assembly of various pieces on display at an art exhibition by the Thames at Henly.
When the staff of the worlds leading airline were relocated to a brand new office complex at Heathrow their entrance foyer was topped off by the under carriage of a 747 jet which we were commissioned to collect and install.
Another time we were asked by a landscaping specialist to accept delivery of several Californian Palm Trees and utilising a series of scaffold lifting gantries they were positioned into the atrium of a major pharmaceutical company were we assisted the landscaping contractors to upright and plant the trees.

Our operatives are fully experienced and hold CITB certificates for Slinging and Banking.
In addition they also have certificates for Appointed Person Lifting Operations, Telescopic & Rough Terrain Forklifts, Mobile Scaffold erection, Safety Awareness, Manual Handling, Work at Height and Emergency First Aid. Copies of their certificates are available for inspection from their crew vehicles.

Once the project has been tendered & awarded it is firstly incorporated into our forward planner, our management team will then plan every aspect of the operation leading up to that date including the provision of sketches, method statements and accompanying risk assessments.

Our Health & Safety Adviser regularly advises on safety matters and visits site as appropriate.
All crew vehicles carry first aid kits and operatives personal protective equipment, comprising hard hats, safety footware, overalls, reflective tabards, ear defenders, goggles and safety harnesses.
In addition to our specialist training our operatives naturally ensure that all the appropriate safety measures are in place including fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

Our crews operate from a fleet of modern vehicles, fully equipped with all the appropriate mobile communication facilities, certificates and equipment necessary to carry out the task.
In addition, we stock a range of consumables, safety and specialist equipment within our warehouse which we can call upon as required.

All works carried out by our company are fully insured and include Ł10 million Employers & Public Liability, Ł1.5 million Hired in Plant and our special ‘Machinery Movement’ Policy, for all our lifting and moving operations.

Whilst each fully equipped vehicle carries a comprehensive range of equipment we also hold a large stock of specialist lifting & moving equipment at our warehouse, including a range of gantries, hydraulic jacking equipment, lifting beams, spreader beams, scissor tables, forklift extensions, genie hoists, sleepers, scaffold towers, boards and steel plates, along with security fencing and commonly required safety signs and road signs

Either utilising our own transport and/or working with one of our partners, we can arrange for the collection or delivery of any items, complete with any appropriate permits, including the transportation and disposal of waste and redundant equipment for which we hold the appropriate waste registration.

From associations formed through BAA Framework contractors, we carry out work at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted. Our operatives, many of whom have airside passes and airside driving licences, have extensive experience operating in this unique environment. In particular we have authorised signatories for Gatwick Airport, which enables us to completely manage every aspect of the work we undertake.

We enjoy working partnerships with many different suppliers & contractors, which enables us to provide an enhanced service to our clients.
We can arrange for any type of access scaffolding, loading platforms, runways or lifting gantries, as required, to suit the location of equipment and site conditions.
